1 lb. hamburger
1 c. white rice
12 oz. tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 med. sized green bell peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook white rice with 1 1/2 cups of water. Combine hamburger and ground pork and mix with salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce. Mix in cooked rice.
Cut tops off and clean out the green peppers. Stuff with meat and rice mixture and place in cooking pan. Preheat oven to 275 degrees and bake for 1 hour or until well baked on top.
