2 or 3 - Large chicken breasts
1cup - Breadcrumbs
1 - Egg
1 cup - Hot sauce/wing sauce (ie. Franks Red Hot)
2tbsp - Oil

1 jar - Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup (or more) - Blue cheese dressing (per taste)

1 bag - Egg noodles

Chopped chives

Optional (to taste): Blue cheese crumbles, garlic, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut thawed chicken breasts into small strips. Dip strips into egg (beaten), then into bread crumbs. Once breaded, pan-fry strips in oil (of your preference). After cooked, baste (or dip) in hot sauce.

Heat in saucepan: Alfredo sauce and blue cheese dressing (and crumbles).

Combine cooked noodles and sauce, topping off with the chicken strips. Garnish with chopped chives.
