1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. onion, grated fine
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. mayo
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together and then add pecans. Shape into ball and press a dent into the center. Chill. When ready to serve, fill dent with strawberry preserves.

If possible, make 24 hours ahead of time so flavors have time to meld.
