1 c. plain white rice (Uncle Ben's)
1 can beef broth or consomme
1 can French onion soup
1/2 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. Microwave (covered) on high for 10 minutes. Stir well and microwave on "bake" setting (80% power) for 5 minutes. If it still needs to cook, microwave on high for another 5 minutes, but watch it carefully.

Oven directions: Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
