1-16oz can crushed pineapple and its juice
2 c self-rising flour
2 c sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. bread soda
1 c nuts chopped
Icing:
2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 margarine,softened
1 box confectionery sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Preheat oven to 350º. Mix flour,sugar,eggs,soda, pineapple, and nuts together and into a greased and floured 9 x13 inch pan. bake until it cooks away from the pan. Completely cook cake. Frost with icing that follows.
Icing: Mix cream cheese, margarine, sugar and vanilla together until blended well and spread on cake.
