6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 cup lite or imitation mayo
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 cup minced green onions
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese.

Arrange chicken in pan. Drizzle with lemon and Tabasco. In bowl, mix yogurt, flour, mayo, mustard, worcestershire, and thyme. Spread over chicken. Top with green onions and paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan and broil 6 inches to lightly brown.
