1 1/3 cups water
1 1/3 cups Minute Rice
3 T butter or margarine
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 - 3 T soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1 cup of the water to boil in saucepan. Add Minute Rice. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile, scramble egg in butter in skillet. Add onion and the rice and cook over medium heat until rice and onion are slightly browned, about 5 minutes. Combine remaining water with soy sauce and stir into rice.

This is quick and good. I have added a variety of vegetables to it also. (I usually double it)
