1 cup sugar
1 cup applesauce
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
3 t milk
2 cups flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t salt
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Topping:
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 t cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, applesauce, oil, eggs and milk in bowl. Sift together dry ingredients and add to applesauce mixture. Beat well and stir in pecans. Turn into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle topping over batter. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Cap loosely with foil for 30 minutes after baking
