4 cups sliced cooked potatoes
2 medium carrots - shredded (1 cup) opt.
1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup velvetta
1/4 cup milk
1/2 medium onion - chopped
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup velvetta
1 T. butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Make a sauce w/velvetta, soup, milk and onion. Layer potatoes, ham, then sauce. Melt remaining velvetta, add butter and bread crumbs. Put on top of rest. Cook @ 350 till heated thru - about 45 minutes.
