2 cups of all purpose flour,
1 T. baking powder,
1 T. sugar,
1 T. vinegar,
1/4 tsp. salt,
1/4 tsp. pepper,
2 cups beer ( can use water or milk),

Directions:

Mix together all the ingredients and add the beer and stir till smooth. Dip fish in batter and fry in oil.
