4 lbs cut chicken (cook till falls off bone)
2 qts water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 c flour
salt and pepper

Crust:
2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 T baking powder
1/4 c shortening
3/4 c milk

Directions:
Make a sauce with ingredients above and chicken broth. Add chicken meat. Place in large (9"x13") casserole.

Crust Prep: combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Cut in shortening, stir in milk. Knead gently on floured board. Roll to 1/4 inch thick. Place on chicken combo in casserole. Make a small edge if possible. Cut in steam vents. Bake at 400º for about 1/2 hour or till chicken bubbles and crust is lightly brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
