1 head of lettuce,
1 onion,
1 (10oz) pkg. frozen peas,
1 pt. mayonnaise,
1 T. sugar,
3-4 boiled eggs,
1 (8oz) pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded,
10 strips bacon (fried crispy)

Directions:
Directions:
Break up lettuce, place onion on top of lettuce, add peas on top of onion. Spread mayonnaise over the peas and sprinkle sugar on top of mayonnaise. Dice up the boiled eggs and spread over sugar. Place shredded cheese over eggs. Crumble bacon over top of salad.
NOTE: Do not mix until ready to serve. Cover airtight and leave overnight in refrigerator, if possible.
