2 1/2 cups finely cubed cooked chicken
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 cup halved grapes (seedless- purple preferable)
1 dash white vinegar
1/2 c. sliced peeled toasted almonds
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 t. salt

1/2 cup heavy whipped cream.

Directions:

Fold in first eight ingredients. Then fold in whipped cream.

Chill and serve over Bostem Bibb lettuce or on top of a fresh croissant. Top with a strawberry if available.

Chill for several hours.
