1 Pkg Angel Hair Pasta
1# Large Shrimp
2 tbsp Olive Oil
6 Green Onions thinly sliced
1 can Diced Pasta Tomatoes
3/4 c Buttermilk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 box Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
1-2 Cloves Garlic (or more)
1 box Angel Hair Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet heat Olive Oil and saute Shrimp just until it has turned pink. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Add Garlic, Green Onions and Mushrooms to skillet and saute until tender. Add tomatoes, buttermilk, salt and crushed red pepper. Cook uncovered approx. 10 min. or until slightly thickened.

Add cooked Shrimp. Heat thru.

To Serve, toss hot angel hair pasta with shrimp-tomato sauce. Sprinkle w/Parsley if desired.
