1# Hamburger or Italian Sausage
1 small Onion chopped
4 slices Bread cubed
1 Egg
2 tsp Dried Parsley
20 Jumbo Shells cooked & drained
2 15-1/2 oz jars Ragu Spaghetti Sauce w/Mushrooms
1/4 c Parmesan Cheese (or more)

Directions:

Brown meat and onion. Drain. Add bread and crack raw egg into all. Add parsley and 1/4 jar of spaghetti sauce. Mix well.

Pour remaining jar of sauce into bottom of pan to prevent sticking. Stuff shells after cooled and place in pan. Pour the remaining jar of spaghetti sauce over top of stuffed shells.

Cover with foil and bake @ 350º for 30 min. Remove foil and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake uncovered an additional 10 min.
