1 c Milk
1 c Bread Crumbs
2# Ground Smoked Ham
1-1/2# Ground Lean Pork

Glaze:

3/4 c Brown Sugar
1/4 c Water
1/4 c Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Dry Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat ingredients and form into a loaf. Place in baking dish. Pour glaze over meat and baste every 20 min. Bake @ 325º for 2-1/2 hours or until well done and brown.
