2 cups Swiss cheese, grated, must be a good quality
2 cups sweet onion, chopped
2 cups real mayonnaise
4 tsps. fresh thyme

Directions:

Grate cheese, chop onion, chop fresh thyme, add real mayo.
Mix all together, put in a casserole, bake at 350º until light brown.
