1 lb sausage
1/4 c milk
1 tube crescent rolls
1/2 tsp salt
1 c shredded hash brown potatoes
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp pepper
5 eggs
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Separate crescent rolls and place in a pizza pan with a lip on it. Press points together. Spoon sausage over dough. Sprinkle with potatoes and top with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour on crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 - 25 minutes
