1/4 cup sugar or a bit less

1 t. salt

1/2 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 lg. eggs

1/2 cup low-fat buttermila

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup oil (I put it on the top)

1 fresh corn

350 1 hr. (I turned it up after 50 minutes so it can brown more.
