4 eggs beaten
1 lb powdered sugar
1 lb sifted flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Sift sugar into the well beaten eggs and ship until thick and creamy. Gradually add sifted flour, soda, and baking powder and mix well. Roll about 1/4 inch thick with springerle rolling pin and cut into individual cookies. Place on greased cookie sheet and keep in warm room until morning. Bake in slow oven until light tan.
