2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
dash of salt
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple or 2 1/2 c. fresh ground
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Icing:

8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 stick butter
3/4 cup sugar - NOT powdered
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add pineapple, juice and all, with remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased/floured baking dish at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes. Ice cake while hot.
