3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup kosher salt
4 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp ground ginger
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp ground rosemary

Directions:
For 2 baby back racks of ribs. Take out of package and pat dry. Season with RUB. Bake in oven at 210 degrees for 8 hours. Mix and paint on barbecue sauce every 1/2 hour for the last 2 hours
