4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
dash freshly ground black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss broccoli with oil, salt and pepper. Place on a large baking sheet (not air insulated) and roast until broccoli is tender and blackened on the bottom, 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately, with lemon wedges. Makes 4 servings.
