1 pkg smoked sausage of polish kielbasa
1 cup long grain rice
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 cup water
2/3 cup salsa
1 can kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Slice sausage and cook slightly. add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.

Additional toppings: fresh avocado slices, sour cream, chopped cilantro

Serve with warm flour tortillas
