1 lb. pork sausage log, any flavor you like, regular, spicy, maple, sage
1 pkg, 8 oz cream cheese, softened
fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain grease. Mix together with cream cheese. Wash mushrooms, remove stems. Stuff generously with cream cheese/sausage mixture. Line up in pan and put a few tbsp water in the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 for about 30 - 40 minutes. Watch them so the mushrooms don't overcook.
