1 -46 oz can pineapple juice
1 -12 oz can frozen concentrate lemonade
2 -12 oz cans frozen concentrate orange juice
6 cups water
4 cups sugar (also good with only 2 cups)
5 cups crushed bananas, slightly chunky
2 pints fresh strawberries, (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a large, lidded container. Freeze until slushy. Pour into punch bowl and add 7-up or fresca.
It is good solo, too!
