6 Bell Peppers, seeded
1 box of Rice A Roni Spanish Rice Dinner
1 lb of ground chuck
1 can of diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Seed and boil bell peppers being care not to let peppers to remove before they start to loose shape. Brown meat with seasoning of your choice and drain. Prepare rice dinner mix per box instructions. When ready add meat and can of tomatoes and simmer 5-10 mins. In a shallow baking dish set peppers and fill with meat mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-45 mins

Menu Idea: Serve with salad, corn on cab and and rolls
