2 tsp. Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning

Combine three ingredients in a gal ziploc bag per pound of steak.

If you buy meat at wholesale like Costco, you can easily combine this marinade and steak prior to freezing so that whey you thaw your steaks, they marinate!
