4 oz PHILLY cream cheese, softened
1 T milk
1 T sugar
1 1/2 Cups thawed COOL WHIP
1 KEEBLER graham cracker crust
1 cup cold milk
2 - 4 oz packages Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
1 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
1/4 t ground cloves

MIX cream cheese with 1 T milk and sugar in large bowl and whisk until smooth. Gently stir in COOL WHIP. Pour into graham cracker crust.

Pour 1 cup milk into bowl, add pudding mixes and beat with whisk for 1 minute. Mixture will be thick. Stir in pumpkin and spices until well mixed. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Refrigerate for 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
