4 Sausages, Franks or Kielbasa
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Lg. White Onion
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
3 T. Olive Oil
2 T. Balsamic Vinegar
4 Hoagie buns

Directions:
Directions:
Begin heating a heavy skillet. Slice peppers and onions. Add oil to skillet and then add peppers, onions and garlic. Stir gently. Add sausage and make sure they touching the bottom of the pan. Let it cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn sausage, peppers and onions. Reduce heat a touch and cook for another 5 minutes or so until it's as brown as you like it. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and give it a good stir. Place sausage on bun and dress with peppers and onions to your liking.

Slice, butter and toast the hoagie buns on a separate griddle or slice them down the middle on top for a Brooklyn style dog. The toppings don't fall out that way.
