1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cube butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients. Then add remaining ingredients. Stir in coconut last. Mix and bake on greased cookie sheet for about 9-10 minutes at 350.

This is a recipe that I found in Grandma Allen's ward cookbook that she had given me many years ago. I treasure it. It is the best!
