Ingredients:  
1 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
3/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
3 lbs fresh spinach, chopped coarsely
3/4 lb angel hair pasta or linguine
4 Tablespoons butter/margarine
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
In a wok or large skillet, saute pine nuts in olive oil & remove pine nuts. Saute garlic & red pepper flakes. Cook pasta to desired doneness. Incorporate all ingredients & top with pine nuts and parm cheese.
