2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 (16oz) can pumpkin
2 tsp milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 (12oz) pkg chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and oil. Stir in pumpkin, milk, vanilla, and beaten eggs. Blend well. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon together and add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake on greased baking sheet at 375º for 10 minutes or until done.

Variation - 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup shortening, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 cup canned pumpkin, 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 pkg chocolate chips.
