1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp cocoa
3 cups oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. Remove from burner, add remaining ingredients. Stir and pour over vanilla ice cream. YUM! YUM!
