1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp vanilla
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream first 4 ingredients. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Sift and blend remaining ingredients. Roll into balls, then roll in sugar. Flatten with a fork, going both ways, or place a Hershey's Kiss in each cookie. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 10-15 minutes.
