5 eggs, separated
5 tsp milk
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and egg yolks; add milk, baking powder, flour, and salt. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to flour mixture. Pour out on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Bake at 350º until light brown. Place on dish towel covered with powdered sugar and roll lengthwise, towel and all. Let cool, then unroll and place whipped cream, ice cream, sherbert, or jelly and roll again and serve.
