Ingredients: 1/3 cup butter or margarine 18 graham cracker squares 1/3 cup sugar 1 (12oz) jar fudge ice cream topping 2 cups miniature marshmallows 1 1/2 cups cold milk 1 (6oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding mix 1 (8oz) container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed 1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-40 seconds or until melted. Place graham crakers in a platic bag and crush into fine crumbs. Pour crumbs into a baking pan. Add the sugar and melted butter to crumbs. Stir. Set aside a 1/3 cup of the crumb mixture. Press remaining crumbs into the bottom of the baking pan. Place pan in the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove lid from fudge topping. Place jar in microwave and heat for 30-45 seconds or until warm and thin enough to pour. Pour the fudge topping all over the chilled cracker crust. Sprinkle 1 cup of the marshmallows on top of the fudge. Set aside. Combine the milk and the pudding mix. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping into the pudding. Pour the pudding mixture on top of the marshmallows in the baking pan. Sprinkle the rest of the marshmallows, the saved crumbs and the mini chocolate chips on top of the pudding. Cover with foil and put in the refrigerator for 1-24 hours before serving. Or freeze until firm. |
