1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 can tuna in water
1 can mushroom soup or make your own ( milk, mshroom soup powder(osem), muenster or other such cheese(shredded)

cook elbows according to directions, drain and pour into 9 by 13 pan or casserole dish, add flaked tuna and mix, add mushroom soup and bake approx. 1/2 hr covered at 350º

The canned mushroom soup is not the same as it used to be - I prefer making it - just boil milk with soup mix , add a 1/2 ppackage if shredded cheese (Muenster or mozzerrella) will thick sauce.
