Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup corn syrup (Lily, white)
1 cup granulated sugar
4 1/2 salted mixed nuts, no peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, corn syrup and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Add nuts, stirring to coat, and continue to stir until caramelized.

Form wreath on tin foil that has been lightly coated with cooking spray. I use rubber gloves for this part, as the nuts are usually pretty warm. Place decoration in wreath just before wreath hardens.

Cover 12 x 12 or 14 x 14-inch cardboard with plain Xmas wrap (green/red), place wreath on centre and tie to cardboard with ribbon (for greater ease of transporting).
