2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 pint (1 cup) sour cream

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients and spoon into un-greased muffin tins. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve warm.

I like to add a couple squeezes of honey to the batter just to add more flavor. Super easy and yummy!
