1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups All Bran Cereal
1 1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine All Bran Cereal and milk. Let stand about 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12x2 1/2" muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
