2 pkgs cream cheese
2 cans condensed mushroom soup
4 pkgs frozen spinach - thawed & well drained
2 cans French's Onions (dry battered onion rings)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Top with bread crumbs mixed with melted butter (approx. 3/4 cup bread crumbs & 1/4 cup melted butter). Bake at 350F until done (approx 30 to 40 minutes)
