2/3 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cups milk
1 egg
1 tbsp melted butter or margarine
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, beat until smooth. For each crepe, pour about 1/4 cup of batter in hot, lightly greased, skillet. Tilt skillet to spread batter evenly and thinly. When lightly browned, turn and brown on the other side. Remove; keep crepes separated. Makes 6 crepes.
