2 lbs. sirloin steak
1/3 cup butter
2 medium onions, sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 can consommé
Salt and pepper
2 T. flour
1 cup sour cream
Hot cooked rice or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Trim and diagonally cut steak. Heat skillet with 1 T. butter, fry steak rapidly, and remove when done. Add remaining butter, saute onions and mushrooms, add broth and salt, then simmer. Stir flour into sour cream and add 1 cup hot mixture. Add to skillet and stir constantly until thick and bubbling. Add steak, stir to blend. Serve on rice or noodles.
