1 box pudding recipe yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 pkg, 8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, and oil until crumbly; reserve 1 cup. Press
mixture into greased 9 x 13 dish. Bake 15 minutes.

Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked cookie. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
