2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or pancake syrup
1 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard

In a 2 1/2 quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until

Stir in flour, seasoning salt, and garlic salt. With wire whisk, stir in 1/2 cup broth until thickened.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
