Massive Egg and Sausage Casserole Recipe

8 slices bread- cut off crust
8 cheese slices sharp cheddar
1 lb. mild sausage
1 lb. hot sausage
16 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
12 eggs, beaten
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar

Brown hot and mild sausage together. Combine sour cream and dry mustard.
Spray 9x13 pan.

Layer as follows:
bread slices
sliced cheese
sour cream mixture
beaten eggs
shredded cheese

Bake at 350 F. for 35-40 minutes.

This dish can be prepared the night before. This will set up better if you cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
