Ingredients:  
2 boxes of tricolor rotini
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
cubed cheese - flavor and amount to your preference
thinly sliced carrots
cherry tomatoes, cut in 1/2
1 peeled and diced cucumber

2 cups of Mayo
2 T of white vinegar
1 cup of white sugar

Directions:

Boil pasta, drain and cool

Chop and slice all vegetables and add to pasta

mix last 3 ingredients for dressing, add to pasta mixture

Let sit in frig for 1 day!
