1/3 cup sugar
1 sm can, 6 oz frozen orange juice
1 can full of milk
1 can full of water
3 to 4 ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix on high for about 1 minute until blended. Serve.
