2 - 3 lbs of stew meat
1 bag of frozen peas
1 bag of crinkle cut carrots
8 medium size potatoes (peeled and cut in quarters)
5 cubes of beef bouillon
1 large onion (chopped)
flour
salt
pepper
Instant rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a deep skillet add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, stew meat, and chopped onion. Once stew meat is browned, add flour for thickening, beef bouillon, and 5 c. of water. Let cook til mixture thickens.

In crockpot, add the peas, carrots, and peeled potatoes. Pour the meat mixture over vegetable in crockpot. Cook for 6-8 hours in crockpot.

Serve over steamed rice.

Another fam favorite. I like to add a few more spices, such as hot sauce, hot pepper shots, or anything that adds a little fire to the stew... So don't be afraid to add additional spices.
